Ray Pad® Steel-reinforced rubber rail pad is a vibration and stress reduction element which is installed beneath crane rails. Its main purpose is to protect the rail, the supporting structure and also the crane from the effects of vibration and irregular contact by creating a flexible layer between the rail and the structure. Ray Pad® rail pads offer superior quality and durability. It is always an important element of rail installation where there is a heavy load on the rails.

Ray Pad® continuous rail pads are produced in 12-meter long rolls and supplied in multiples of 12-meter. They can be supplied in various widths for different rail types. Please see the table below for more information.
